Who we are and what we do.

Dr Christoph Heßler Machine Systems was founded in 2003. The products are Machines to support carpenters and joiners in trade and industryalso with the Individualisation of series furniture. The support is aimed at improving the design options for panel-shaped workpieces made of wood/plastic, for example furniture parts, by simplifying critical production steps. To this end, the principle of Corner former and introduced to the industry under this name. The machines are priced between € 450 and € 2670.

The core competence lies in recognising creative and economic potential in the shaping of workpieces and transforming them into saleable products. The products are Technically orientated towards performance leadership with property right potential. There are several property rights.

Corner moulding machines are edge milling machines with guide. This makes certain machine-supported processing operations on corners and edges of panel-shaped materials possible for the first time on a mobile basis or can be carried out more precisely, faster and with higher quality. The current product programme consists of hand-guided, mobile processing units with an integrated motor. This specifically supports the current trend towards individualisation of furniture and series furniture.
