• Départ : La pièce est réglée dans le côté gauche de la formeuse d'angle sur une table mobile et poussée contre la butée avant.

• 1ère étape : La pièce est bloquée dans cette position à l'aide d'un levier. En augmentant encore la force, la table avec la pièce est mise en mouvement et passe devant l'outil en rotation.L'extrémité de la bande de chant qui dépasse est fraisée et la pièce est dotée d'un rayon (représenté en pointillés). Il reste maintenant des coins résiduels pointus (en haut et en bas), qui seront enlevés à l'étape suivante.
• 2ème étape : Pour ce faire, la pièce est posée horizontalement sur la table du côté droit et positionnée sur une butée rotative. Elle est déplacée d'un côté à l'autre en position horizontale. Un coin résiduel est ainsi éliminé. Pour le deuxième coin résiduel, la pièce est retournée et l'opération est répétée.

Conclusion : Par rapport au tronçonnage, au limage et au meulage, le gain de temps peut atteindre 90% pour une meilleure qualité.

Étapes de travail Eckenformer TZ 01

On commence par une pièce qui présente un coin A avec un angle Alpha, de préférence 135°.

Cette pièce a été obtenue par une coupe d'angle, par exemple sur une scie circulaire à format (Altendorf, Martin, Panhans, SCM, Casadei, etc.), puis plaquée sur une plaqueuse de chants (Holz Her, Brandt, IMA, Homag, Ott, Hebrock, etc.) et affleurée et fraisée en rayon.
