Chamfering cutter 45° for edge breaking and edge chamfering
Discover the router bit for 45° chamfering of edges - a tool specially made for carpenters and joiners! With this cutter you can cleanly edge break your wood and plastic workpieces and create light chamfers. Manufactured with increased accuracy requirements as specified by CHM-HESSLER, each cutter is equipped with a runout of 0.06 mm or better to ensure precise results and low-vibration operation.
The cutter features 2 carbide cutting edges and a steel thrust bearing for maximum durability and resistance to wear. A second, larger bearing for the second cutting edge use is included with a mounting wrench. Each cutter is measured before packaging and the concentricity is noted on the packaging to ensure that you receive a tool in accordance with our understanding of quality.
