Product History
At the Ligna 2005 in Hanover, the TZ 01 tabletop corner former was presented. It was developed from the specific task for 135° corner shelves. It was specially designed for corner processing at 135° angles formovable workpieces, such as corner shelves . This was followed at the end of 2006 by the MZ 01 135V technology study as a mobile all-rounder with variable angle adjustment and two working areas .
A series of mobile corner formers were derived from this. InMarch 2007, the corner former MZ 02 90F RBT H was introduced, which combines the cutting of edge strips with flush milling and radius milling in one unit. Sales of the MZ 02 135V corner former started in August 2007, followed by the MZ 02 135F corner former in December 2007 and the MZ 100 90F corner former in March 2008. This was followed by the special device for edge rounding MZ 02 90F, which is an alternative to purchasing an expensive copy unit on an edge banding machine. These mobile machines are equipped with a compressed air motor.
With the MZ 100 90F universal device, an electric drive can be used to precisely process the corners in a one-time manner as well as to remove and round the edge protrusions on the top side.
After the outside corner, the inside corner came to the fore in close customer contact from 2010. The MZ 02 90F A corner former is used to sharpen the inside radii in 90° inside corners. If you then want to glue on edges, an edge banding device is available for this purpose, which enables gluing from the inner inside corner by means of special pressure elements.
Innovative machines with property right potential are developed. The products presented on this homepage are comprehensively protected by industrial property rights.
