Order process

1st shopping basket

Select the products you wish to order by clicking the “Add to Basket” button. This will place your selection in the shopping basket. You can change this selection at any time before submitting your order by changing the quantity of products, deleting it by clicking the “Remove” box, or cancelling the order process. Clicking the “Checkout” button will take you to the next step of the order.

Please log in with your email address and password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed, and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection notice). It will not be used in any other way or passed on to third parties. If you are already logged in, you can now select the shipping method. By clicking the “Continue” button, you will proceed to the next order step.

3. Check billing address / Select payment method

Please check your billing address and specify your preferred payment method. By clicking the “Continue” button, you will proceed to the next step of your order.
4. Check delivery address / Select delivery method

Please check your shipping address and specify your preferred shipping method. Clicking the “Next” button will take you to the next step of your order.
5. Complete order process / Terms and Conditions and Data Privacy

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, shipping and billing address, and your contact details. Please check that all information is correct and carefully read the Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (tick the box). By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit your order to us. You are hereby making a legally binding offer.
